PRE ORDERS
๐ฐ Pre-order Process: Orders will only be placed once the required down payment has been made.
๐ฐ Cancellations: Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the item becomes unavailable from the supplier.
๐ฐ Arrival & Delays: Estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to supplier or shipping delays. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control. However, we will provide updates about the arrival and delays.
Buying Policy
Order Process: Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Items are sold on a first-to-mine, first-serve basis or +1 steal basis.Payment Methods: We mainly accept GCash Payments (For other modes of payment, kindly discuss with the admin such as Maya). Payments must be completed upon receiving the order confirmation (OC) or within the deadline of payment (DOP) after placing an order.Cancellation Policy: Strictly no cancellations once payment has been made. Canceled orders will result in a non-refundable deposit.Refunds & Returns: All sales are final unless the item received is incorrect or significantly damaged (excluding minor defects from manufacturing or transit). Buyers must provide an unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of receiving the item.Shipping & Delivery: Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by couriers.
